The problem
A supplier needs to confirm a delivery date. Inviting them into the whole project creates access decisions, onboarding and unnecessary exposure.
The idea
Make the exact action a permission of its own: enough context to decide, none of the workspace behind it.
How it is built
One allowed action, bound to one revision, behind an expiring token stored as a hash.

A project manager requests one decision. A private link shows the supplier only that request, with the recipient verified where the action requires it, and the supplier responds. While the request and its access are still valid the decision is recorded for those exact details; changed or expired, it has to be asked again.

Scope
A design proposal with a fictional project and supplier; no request is sent. A link would permit one defined action on one revision, a changed detail would require a fresh decision, and a sensitive action would need the recipient verified.
